OPERATION |

Ready to use adhesive supplied at 15,5 seconds CF4 , 40% dry contents . Mix during five minutes when opening new drum or container. Do not mix with any other product ( make sure there is no remaining solvent on the whole glueing system : nozzles, pipes, pumps, cylinders, filters ) | |

PROCESSING |
|
|
Complies to any machine equipped with doctor blade glueing device. Drying in hot air stream tunnel, or IR, or drum and air jet. Processing and application are similar to other adhesives for print lamination. Good peeling on most substrates commonly used. Best gloss 24 hours after lamination. Minimum of 6 hours period between lamination and finishing (die cutting...). | |

CHARACTERISTICS |

Convenient for most of substrates commonly used for lamination : paper, polyamid, pet, pe, polypropylen (plain, acrylic coated, metallised, pvdc..) .. with wetting tension over 38 dynes/cm². No solvent nor dangerous product (Directive C 176/7 of July 14, 1982; Directive 76/464/CEE) No chlorine molecules. | |

RESTRICTION |

Avoid glueing on materials with low wetting tension as wax, lacqure, silicon... | |

CLEANING |
|
|
Rinse thoroughly wet adhesive with fresh water. When dried, recommended solvent is ethyl acetate. | |

STORAGE |
|
|
Closed drumm : 6 months , at room temperature . Pot life : depending on room temperature, one day if regular flow is achieved . |
